As the aquaculture solutions industry is developing intensely, the Iceland powerhouse Hampidjan decided to consolidate all their activities, Vónin Aquaculture, Mørenot Aquaculture and Fiizk Protection, into one collective company, effectively creating the new global market leader in the industry.
CO/PLUS created ‘ELDI’ from the development of the name and visual identity to the core narrative, brand architecture and full suite of marketing assets. Additionally, we facilitated the full transition and implementation process ensuring cultural and operational alignment internally and efficient communication externally. ELDI came to life at a three-day conference in Norefjell, Norway, with 65 ambassadors from 10 different countries. A conference conceptualised, designed and hosted by CO/PLUS
The three companies officially transitioned into ELDI on 1 January 2026. This year, the group expects a turnover of €113 million and more than 500 employees across 10 markets – Canada, Iceland, the Faroe Islands, Norway, Scotland and Spain, with new companies underway in Chile, Oman and Saudi Arabia.
