As part of our collaboration with KPMG Denmark and its CEO, Henrik R. Mulvad, we worked on conceptualising his leadership role in the organisation and coming up with a personal branding concept. As part of the internal project, we developed his personal mantra “Courage to Change”.
It encapsulates the essence of being a challenger in a well-established playing field and disrupting old frameworks and practices. It was born out of the intention of questioning the status quo and rethinking established frameworks on every level of the organisation. The creative concept has since become an integral part of KPMG’s ambition in strengthening its leadership across the board.
