ORA produces some of the most flavourful and high-quality seafood products in Iceland, but their reach faced challenges outside their home market. Our task was to find a way to popularise their products in foreign markets and reposition their offering as more premium.
The concept: “Iceland’s Finest — Start Icelandic” delicacy packages. Through a creative approach to Ora’s business an entirely new category concept called “Icelandic Seafood Starters” was created. This allowed Ora to meet the modern consumers' demands that were revealed by our market research by making seafood simple and social starters. Beside the new category concept, CO/PLUS has helped ORA in completely redefine the visual identity and communication of the brand to better distinguish on the global market as a modern, high quality Icelandic brand.
