This concept bar is an innovative and value-adding way to market Ísey Skyr that benefits both retailers and end-consumers. It leverages the booming skyr category and healthy living trends to both build the Ísey Skyr brand while also generating new revenue streams in the form of franchise royalties.
There are now 16 Ísey Skyr Bars across 3 countries that offer a distinct Icelandic brand experience to modern consumers, build the brand, generate revenues, and drive retail sales.
