Lyfja, Iceland's leading retail pharmacy approached us with the task of revitalising their business model to make them stand out from traditional pharmacies. The project involved rethinking their business strategy, communication and visual/physical identity as well.
The new concept transformed their outlets into modern, full-service health hubs, tailored to meet individual needs, be that medical or wellness related. We took their traditional brick-and-mortar stores and turned them into welcoming, lively and holistic hubs where visits not only fulfil a health-related purpose but also become destinations for self-care. Alongside the concept development, we redesigned the look and feel of their physical stores to make them appear more lively and welcoming for anyone stepping in.
