IDENTIFYING A VISION THAT UNITES A BUSINESS
Møller Mobility, founded in 1936, is the leading automobile group in the Nordics and the Baltics. The group specialises in the import, sales and servicing of car brands such as VW, Audi, Škoda and SEAT.
CO/PLUS was brought on board to identify a vision that would support Møller's 2025 strategy and serve as a guide for their forward-thinking units. The vision "DARE TO MOVE" was born out of their strong spirit that has put the group on top of the automobile industry. The vision was developed in unity with all the business functions in the company to ensure its implementation was done in unity with every team member.
According to the CEO, Petter Hellman, the new vision has brought fresh energy and an opportunity-oriented mindset to the organisation and has been embraced by both internal and external partners.
