DENMARK'S FIRST INDEPENDENT FINANCIAL CONSULTANCY
In 2021 we joined forces with Polaris Private Equity and helped them create Denmark’s first independent financial consulting group. The project started out by merging four financial advisory firms and uniting their services and expertise under one brand.
Our work focused on developing a 360-degree plan, covering the development of a strategic toolbox, cross-sale process, creative concept, and marketing guidelines. We redefined the functioning of the new organisation to maximise its efficiency and growth. Our work culminated in the formation of the new brand: NORTH - Your Risk Guide. The new strategy prioritised cross-selling between divisions and collaboration between employees in the service of guiding people towards better financial decisions.
The new brand has since been successfully launched both internally and externally.
