It's no secret that the COVID pandemic had a colossal impact on the airline industry - and Norwegian was no exception. Not only did Norwegian have passenger numbers and sales at an all-time low, the company were at the brink of bankruptcy. However, after 6 months of transformation and with the world beginning to reopen, Norwegian emerged! At CO/PLUS, we helped tell the world about Norwegian's triumphant return with a simple message "We're Back!".
The creative concept was activated on the website, in international TV ads, on social media, in key airports and not least on LinkedIn where Norwegian employees engaged in spreading the happy news.
