NunaGreen develops, manages, and owns green energy projects in Greenland and was challenged by navigating and effectively communicating to the complex web of public and private stakeholders. CO/PLUS helped to identify, analyze, and ultimately prioritize key stakeholders and guided by a competitor analysis of international energy companies developed a unique and compelling brand story. We developed the value proposition "Empowering green opportunities" and rolled out what it means to each stakeholder, so NunaGreen now has a bank of stakeholder points they can use across touchpoints. Finally, we helped this new brand come alive with a new and modern CVI.
