The start-up ProjectKin had together with the award-winning designer Boris Berlin, who has been featured in the MoMa in New York, developed an eco-friendly suitcase-material made from a sustainable natural fibre shell. CO/PLUS identified the target groups, product launch roadmap and marketing strategy to build a strong community and position around a brand that is more than just about travel. Based on a SoMe and PR driven strategy, we helped position ProjectKin as a design brand with sustainability, danish design and craftsmanship at the core and turned the suitcase from a functional carry-on to a design item. They now help travellers across the EU, U.K. and U.S.A. travel more mindfully and stylishly.
