The Narang Group of India needed help branding their product, QUA Natural Mineral Water, bottled from the Himalayan foothills. QUA was struggling to grow their market share, so CO/PLUS redesigned the entire brand while staying true to its origins and developed a campaign to take natural mineral water market by storm. It centred around the importance of natural minerals within renewal of the human body that and leveraged Bollywood trendsetters' reach and HORECA channels. This helped differentiate QUA from other water brands that don’t contain natural minerals grew its market share to 60% of the natural mineral water market within less than 2 years.
