The Union embodies PFA's forward-thinking approach, aiming to establish better workplaces and enhance the overall well-being of its employees. With features like access to green areas, CO2 reductions, and prioritising employee health, The Union represents a new approach to office buildings that can serve as inspiration for the future. To bring this innovative concept to life, we collaborated with PFA, providing expertise in brand strategy, visual identity, and creative concept development. As a result, the idea has been successfully implemented in 11 locations as of 2025, emphasising the power of networking and fostering a thriving community.
